摘　　要：二氧化碳密闭混砂设备是二氧化碳纯干法压裂技术在矿场应用的核心设备,现有二氧化碳密闭混砂设备单体加砂量小,不能实现连续加砂作业,在一定程度上制约了二氧化碳纯干法压裂技术的大规模推广应用。对此,开发了一种智能化二氧化碳密闭混砂设备,通过中转仓、小体积迅速冷却、反馈联动与协同作业三项关键技术,实现了二氧化碳密闭混砂设备的连续加砂作业。The carbon dioxide sealed sand mixing equipment is the core equipment for the application of carbon dioxide pure dry fracturing technology in the mine,and the existing carbon dioxide sealed sand mixing equipment has a small single sand addition amount and cannot realize continuous sand adding operation,which restricts the large scale popularization and application of carbon dioxide pure dry fracturing technology to a certain extent.In this regard,a type of intelligent carbon dioxide sealed sand mixing equipment was developed,and the continuous sand adding operation of the carbon dioxide sealed sand mixing equipment was realized through three key technologies such as transfer warehouse,small volume rapid cooling,feedback linkage and collaborative operation.
