摘 要:在鱼类中,性别主要是由基因型性别决定(genotypic sex determination,GSD)、环境性别决定(environmental sex determination,ESD)和基因型性别决定加环境效应(GSD+EE)三种方式决定的。除自身基因型性别决定外,环境的影响极大。温度是影响性别决定与分化的重要调控因素,热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,Hsp)和热激转录因子(heat shock transcription factor,hsf)在其中发挥了关键作用。热休克蛋白作为一种高度保守的蛋白质家族,在机体遭受一些如温度升高等刺激时做出应答。热休克蛋白受热激转录因子(hsf)调控,hsf通过结合热休克蛋白上游的热休克元件(heat shock element,HSE),从而调控热休克基因的转录。本文以鱼类性别分化为切入点,梳理了热休克蛋白和hsf从发现到发展的研究历程,重点介绍了它们在结构和功能方面的最新研究进展,最后简要总结了hsf基因对热休克蛋白的调控作用及其在鱼类性别分化中的启示。In fish,sex determination is mainly determined by genotypic sex determination(GSD),environmental sex determination(ESD)and genotypic sex determination plus environmental effect(GSD+EE),and in addition to their genotypic sex determination,the environment has a great influence on it.Temperature is an important regulatory factor affecting sex determination and differentiation,in which heat shock protein(Hsp)and heat shock transcription factor(hsf)play a key role.As a highly conservative protein family,heat shock proteins respond when the body suffers from some stimuli such as temperature rise.Hsp is regulated by heat shock transcription factor(hsf),which regulates the transcription of heat shock genes by binding to the heat shock element(HSE)upstream of Hsp.In this paper,the research process of Hsp and hsf from discovery to development is reviewed,with emphasis on the latest research progress in their structure and function.Finally,the regulatory role of hsf gene on Hsps and its implications in the sex differentiation of fish are briefly summarized.
