摘 要:肌肉减少症是一种与增龄相关的疾病,已逐渐发展成为多种慢性疾病的并发症,极大地威胁着老年人的健康及生活。近年来,越来越多的证据表明,肌因子鸢尾素可以通过“过氧化物酶体增殖体激活受体γ共激活因子-1α→Ⅲ型纤连蛋白结构域5/鸢尾素→解耦连蛋白1(peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor γ coactivator-1α→fibronectin typeⅢdomaill-containing protein 5/Irisin→uncoupling protein 1,PGC-1α→FNDC 5/Irisin→UCP1)”通路参与肌肉减少症的发生、发展,并维持骨骼肌肉能量代谢,保护老年人的肌肉质量、力量及功能。但其能否作为肌肉减少症的一种潜在的新型生物标志物和治疗靶点尚不清楚。本文就鸢尾素及其在肌肉减少症中的可能作用机制与实验证据的研究进展作一综述。As an age-related disease,sarcopenia has gradually developed into a complication of many chronic diseases,threatening the health and life of the elderly.In recent years,more and more evidence shows that the muscle factor Irisin can participate in the occurrence and development of sarcopenia through the pathway of“peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor coactivator-lα-fibronectin type II domaill-containing protein 5/Irisin→uncoupling protein 1,PGC-1α→FNDC 5/Irisin-→UCP 1”,maintain the energy metabolism of skeletal muscle,and protect muscle quality,strength and function in the elderly.However,its potential as a new biomarker and therapeutic target for sarcopenia remains unclear.This paper reviews the research progress of Irisin and its possible mechanism and experimental evidence in sarcopenia.
