摘　　要：目的明确电热针治疗对功能性踝关节不稳的康复作用及对Tymo平衡评估及姿势控制分析和本体感觉的影响,为功能性踝关节不稳的恢复提供一种新的诊疗思路。方法收集解放军总医院第三医学中心康复医学科2021年1月至2021年9月诊断明确的功能性踝关节不稳患者86例,按随机数字表将其分为电热针组和理疗组,每组43例。电热针组采用电热针治疗,每周2次,每次30min。理疗组采用低频治疗,每周3次,每次30min。观察两组患者Cumberland问卷、AOFAS量表、Tymo平衡评估及姿势控制分析、本体感觉变化情况,2周为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后的1周、2周、6周评价疗效。结果两组患者治疗后Cumberland量表、AOFAS量表、Tymo平衡评估及姿势控制分析、本体感觉较治疗前均有显著改善。结论电热针可以有效改善功能性踝关节不稳患者疼痛及功能,促进患者本体感觉恢复,提高姿势控制能力。Objective To clarify the rehabilitation effect of electrothermal needle on functional ankle instability and its impact on Tymo balance assessment,posture control analysis and proprioception,so as to provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for the recovery of functional ankle instability.Methods 86 patients with functional ankle instability diagnosed by the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Third Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from January 2021 to September 2021 were collected.Divided 86 cases of patients into the electrothermal needle group and the physiotherapy group randomly,with 43 cases in each group.The electrothermal needle group was treated with electrothermal needle for 30 minutes each time,twice a week.The physiotherapy group was treated with low-frequency therapy for 30 minutes each time,3 times a week.Observe the Cumberland questionnaire,AOFAS scales,Tymo balance assessment,posture control analysis,and proprioception changes of the two groups of patients.Two weeks are a course of treatment.The efficacy was evaluated at 1 week,2 weeks and 6 weeks after the end of a course of treatment.Results After treatment,the Cumberland scale,AOFAS scale,Tymo balance assessment,posture control analysis and proprioception of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.Conclusion Electrothermal needle can effectively improve the pain and function of patients with functional ankle instability,promote the recovery of proprioception and improve the ability of posture control.
