生髓健骨胶囊治疗酒精性骨质疏松症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察对比生髓健骨胶囊与阿仑膦酸钠片在治疗酒精性骨质疏松症的临床疗效差异,阐述中药在酒精性骨质疏松症治疗中的优势。方法确诊为酒精性骨质疏松症患者90例。使用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例患者,治疗组口服生髓健骨胶囊治疗,对照组口服阿伦磷酸钠治疗,并且两组患者同时使用甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊和钙尔奇D3片。对比观察两组患者治疗前、后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰椎骨密度值(BMD)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)以及肝功指标、血压和心电图的变化。结果治疗后两组腰椎骨密度值、ALP水平与对照组差异较小,但在肝功指标上存在差异。结论生髓健骨胶囊与阿仑膦酸钠片在治疗酒精性骨质疏松症方面疗效相当,但生髓健骨胶囊对患者肝脏功能负担更小。Objective To observe and compare the elinical eficacy of Shengsui Jiangu capsule and alendromie acid sodium tablet in the treatment of aloholie osteoporosis。and elaborate the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of alcoholie osleoporosis.Methods 90 patients diognosed with alcoholie osteoporosis were selected.Using a random number lable method,the putients were divided into two groups,with 45 patients in each group.The treatment group reeived oral treatment with Shengsui Jiangu Capsules,while the control group reeived oral treatment with alenophosphate sodium.Both groups of patients were also treated with diammonium glyrbetinie acid enterie coated eapsules and caleie D3 tablets.Compare and olbserve the changes in visual analogue score(VAS),lumbar bone mineral density(BMD),senum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),liver function indicators,blood pressure,and eleetrecardiograrn of the two groups of patienls before and after treatment.Results After treatment,there was lttle diference in lumbur bone density and ALP levels between the two groups compared to the control group,but there were difrences in liver funetion indicators,Conclusion Shengsui Jiangu Capsule and alendronie acid Sodium Tablets have the same eficaey in the treatment of alcoholie osteporosis,but Shengsui Jiangu Capsule hus less burden on the liver funetion of partients.
