摘 要:针对滇东北乌蒙山区多雨雾、昼夜温差大及重载交通的公路运营环境,以在建的昭通市昭阳西环高速公路水泥混凝土路面横缝传荷系统为研究对象,基于ABAQUS有限元平台,对传力杆周边混凝土材料与接缝结构在该地区水泥路面常见病害板底脱空与轴载及大温差工况中的力学响应进行了三维数值模拟与分析。结果表明:随着轴载、脱空宽度的增大,杆周混凝土最大应力值不断增大,严重超载时杆周混凝土最大拉应力为8.416 MPa,达到混凝土极限抗拉强度。正温度梯度下轴载增大会降低接缝两侧挠度比,脱空尺寸对挠度比影响不大;负温度梯度下,轴载大小和脱空尺寸对接缝两侧挠度比影响较小。基于上述分析结果,提出了该地区普通水泥混凝土路面横缝传力杆装置的优化设计建议与施工养护对策。In view of the heavy traffic,frequent rainfall and fog,as well as large temperature difference between day and night in the Wumeng Mountain area of Northeast Yunnan Province,in the paper relying on the study of the dowels system of concrete pavement in the under-construction Zhaoyang West Ring Expressway in Zhaotong City,and based on the ABAQUS finite element platform,the mechanical responses of concrete materials and joint structures around dowels under common pavement defects such as void at beneath slab caused by high axle loads and large temperature differences are analyzed through three-dimensional numerical simulations.It is found that as the axle load and width of void increase,the maximum stress of concrete around the bars continuously rises,and under severe overload,the maximum tensile stress of the concrete reaches 8.416 MPa,close to the ultimate tensile strength of the concrete.Under the positive temperature gradient,the increase of axial load will reduce the deflection ratio on both sides of the joint,and the cavitation size has little effect on the deflection ratio.Under negative temperature gradient,shaft load size and void size have minor influence on the deflection ratio of both sides of the joint.Based on the above analysis results,the optimal design suggestions and construction and maintenance countermeasures for the transverse joint force transfer rod device of ordinary cement concrete pavement in this area are put forward.
