摘 要:深圳~中山跨江通道浅滩区60 m非通航孔桥采用曲线形超高变宽钢箱连续梁。根据该桥结构形式分析了制造难点,将钢箱梁制造分为板单元制造、整体节段组拼和大节段拼装3个主要环节。阐述了板单元制造的关键工艺和设备,制定了整体节段拼装及大节段拼装的工艺流程及控制要点。本技术制造工艺合理可行,拼装精度准确,解决了具有平曲线线形的超高变宽钢箱梁在制造过程中的各项技术难题。The 60mnon-navigable hole bridge in the shallow area of the Shenzhen to Zhongshan Link Project adopts curved ultra-high variable width steel box continuous beam.According to the structural form of the bridge,the manufacturing difficulties are analyzed,and the steel box girder manufacturing is divided into three main procedures:plate unit manufacturing,integral segment assembly and large section assembly.The key processes and equipment of plate unit manufacturing are expounded,and the process flow and control points of overall segment assembly and large segment assembly are formulated,the manufacturing process is reasonable and feasible,the assembly accuracy is accurate,and various technical problems in the manufacturing process of ultra-high variable width steel box girder with flat curve and linear shape are solved.
