摘  要:以洞庭湖区某高速公路中小跨径桥梁为工程背景,在结构计算、经济性、节能减排效益等方面系统地研究PHC管桩在湖区高速公路中小跨径桥梁中的标准化设计及应用,并开展PHC管桩现场堆载及自平衡试验,验证研究成果的可靠性。研究结果表明,采用PHC管桩设计方案,结构桩身强度、刚度均满足设计及规范要求;根据桩长缩短比例测算,PHC管桩方案比常规钻孔灌注桩方案可节约造价22%左右,可减少碳排放量32%左右。现场试桩试验表明,洞庭湖地区圆砾石持力层的PHC管桩为端承摩擦型桩。试验结果验证了PHC管桩在洞庭湖区地质条件下的适用性,研究形成的标准化设计方法及质量检验要求可为PHC管桩在同类型桥梁中的推广使用提供参考。Based on the engineering background of a medium and small span bridge of an expressway in Dongting Lake District,the standardized design and application of PHC pile in medium and small span bridges for expressways in Dongting Lake District are systematically studied through structural calculation,economic comparison,and emission reduction comparison and other ways.Pile loading and self-balancing tests of PHC pile are carried out to verify the reliability of the research results.The analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of PHC pile meet the requirements of design and specification.According to the calculation of pile length shortening ratio,compared with the conventional bored pile scheme,the PHC pile scheme can save the cost by 22%and carbon emission by 32%.The field test results show that PHC pile in the round gravel layer in Dongting Lake area is the end bearing friction type pile,and the test results verify the applicability of PHC pile in the geological conditions of Dongting Lake area.The standardized design method and quality inspection requirements can provide reference for the popularization and application of PHC pile in the same type of bridges.
