摘　　要：黑山南北高速公路是黑山共和国的第一条高速公路,也是中国在东欧里程碑式的重要基建项目。从项目特点、技术指标选取、平纵面设计、路基路面、桥涵及隧道工程等方面对项目所遵循的设计原则进行总体介绍,并以路线平纵面为例,从规范指标确定、中黑指标差异和技术指标运用等方面进行了详细分析,为黑山后续项目及中国在东欧地区的公路建设提供借鉴。The North-South Highway in Montenegro is the first motorway in the Republic of Montenegro,which is also a major infrastructure project for Chinese enterprises in Eastern Europe.In the paper,a general introduction to the design principles followed by the project is made from the aspects of project characteristics,selection of technical indicators,horizontal and vertical design,subgrade and pavement,bridge and culvert,tunnel engineering,etc..Taking the horizontal and vertical design of the route as an example,a detailed analysis is carried out in terms of the determination of normative indicators,the difference in indicators between China and Montenegro,and the application of technical indicators,which can provide reference for the follow-up projects in Montenegro and Chinese contractors'engaging in construction of highway in Eastern Europe.
