浅析中东欧道路交通安全护栏设计标准规范及工程应用

摘　　要：道路交通安全设施是有效降低交通事故,保障人身安全的重要措施。虽然目的相同,但世界各个地区涉及的标准、规范确不尽相同,黑山南北高速公路项目以欧盟标准为主,前南斯拉夫规范及地方性法律法规为辅,构成整个项目标准规范体系。依托黑山南北高速公路项目阐述欧洲标准交通安全防护护栏在施工过程中涉及到的相关标准规范及具体应用。Road traffic safety facilities are important measures to effectively reduce traffic accidents and ensure human safety.Although the purpose is the same,the standards and norms involved in various countries and regions of the world are indeed different.The project of the North-South Highway in Monte Negro is dominated by European Union standards,supplemented by the norms of the former Yugoslavia and local laws and regulations,and constitutes the whole project standards and norms system.In this paper,relying on the North-South Highway Project in Montenegro,the relevant standards,specifications and specific application of the traffic safety protection fence under European Standard in the construction process are elaborated.
