摘　　要：为确保工程项目质量管理目标的实现,以黑山南北高速公路项目为背景,对中东欧工程项目的质量管理进行探索。以欧洲质量管理体系和标准为基础,结合国内管理理念,从材料质量管理、日常质量检查、监理报验签认、工程质量验收等关键程序控制方面进行分析,重点展现中东欧地区高速公路工程的质量要求、质量控制、质量管理理念并加以总结,更好地服务于项目后期管理。In order to ensure the realization of the project quality management objectives,in the paper,based on the Bar-Boljare Highway project in Montenegro,the quality management of projects in the central and eastern European is explored.Based on the European quality management system and standards,combined with the domestic management concept,the control of key procedures are analyzed such as material quality management,daily quality inspections,Engineer's inspections and approvals,and project quality acceptance,focusing on the presentation of the quality requirements,quality control,quality management concepts for highway projects in the central and eastern Europe,and conclusions are made to better serve the project management in future.
