主题图技术在徽州文书档案信息组织中的应用研究——以土地买卖契约档案为例

摘　　要：徽州文书档案现有的信息组织方式存在信息资源分散、难以检索、缺乏语义关联等问题,影响了对其的开发利用。本文基于主题图技术对徽州文书档案信息进行组织,以土地买卖契约档案为例构建了主题图模型,完成了主题图的生成、展示、检索和浏览,并就生成结果进行了分析。主题图技术的应用为徽州文书档案的开发利用提供了一种新的思路和方法,使徽州文书档案信息的呈现更加清晰、完整和易于理解,能够满足不同用户的需求,同时有助于更好地挖掘徽州文书档案信息,传播徽州历史文化。The current methods of information organization in the Huizhou document archives have several issues,such as scattered resources,difficult retrieval,and a lack of semantic association.These problems hinder the development and utilization of the archives.Based on the topic map technology,this paper organizes information in the Huizhou document archives,using land sale contract files as an example to construct a topic map model.The paper successfully accomplishes the generation,display,retrieval,and browsing of the topic map,followed by an in-depth analysis of the generated results.The application of topic map technology introduces a novel approach and methodology for the development and utilization of Huizhou document archives.This enhances the clarity,comprehensiveness,and ease of understanding in presenting the information within the Huizhou document archives,catering to the diverse needs of users.Simultaneously,it facilitates a more effective exploration of information in the Huizhou document archives,contributing to the dissemination of Huizhou's historical and cultural heritage.
