摘 要:新能源发电与氢能耦合是实现“3060”双碳目标的重要途径之一,电力电子变换器在其中扮演电氢能量转换的重要角色。为实现绿电制氢系统的高效运行,需要电力电子变换器具备综合转换效率高、动态性能好、可靠性高、纹波小、网侧电流谐波含量低、适应弱网场景等特点。此处提出一种前级AC/DC变换器整流、后级DC/DC变换器降压的两级级联拓扑结构,前级AC/DC变换器用于保持两级变换器之间直流母线电压的稳定,后级降压变换器用于实现碱性电解槽稳定制氢所需的宽电压范围。仿真和实验结果验证了该系统的正确性和有效性。The coupling of new energy power generation and hydrogen energy is one of the important ways to achieve the"3060"dual-carbon goal,and the power electronic converter plays an important role in the conversion of electric energy and hydrogen energy.In order to realize high-efficiency operation of the green hydrogen production system,the characteristics of high comprehensive conversion efficiency,high dynamic performance,high reliability,low ripple,low harmonic content of the grid-side current,and adapting to the weak grid scene is needed by the power electronic converter.A two-stage cascade topology is proposed,in which the former AC/DC converter rectifies and latter DC/DC converter steps down.The former AC/DC converter is used to keep DC bus voltage between the two converters stable,and the latter Buck converter is used to achieve the wide voltage range required for stably hydrogen manufacturing by the alkaline electrolyzer.Simulation and experimental results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the system.
