摘 要:为了提升航空双余度电控架构下的可靠性,此处对电驱桥功率管短路问题进行了研究,提出了抗功率管短路控制方法。通过定量分析功率管短路影响,结合驱动芯片DESAT保护和短路后相电流故障轨迹特点设计了功率管短路位置判断逻辑,并通过主动短路故障三相实现容错保护功能。仿真和实验结果表明,采用所提出的短路故障检测和保护方法可以在数个基波周期内完成故障判断并进行故障动作,有效消除了不平衡电流,达到降低去磁电流、抑制转矩脉动效果。The reliability of the dual-redundant electric control architecture in aviation is aimed to improve.It investigates the issue of power transistor short-circuit in the electric drive bridge and proposes a power device short-circuit diagnose and control method.By combining the DESAT protection function of the driver chip and short-circuit fault current trajectories,the short-circuit location method is designed.The fault-tolerant protection function is achieved by short-circuiting the three-phase after detecting a fault.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed short-circuit fault detection and protection method can complete the fault detection and action within several fundamental wave periods,effectively eliminating unbalanced currents,reducing demagnetization currents,suppressing torque rippleeffects.
