新时代雷锋精神培育的文化困境和超越

摘　　要：雷锋精神是新时代强有力的精神支撑,培育雷锋精神具有对中国共产党人精神谱系的文化传承价值、对新时代青年的教育引导价值和对精神文明建设的精神动力价值。但新时代雷锋精神培育过程中存在着精神虚无、信任危机、价值冲突等多重文化困境,需要从价值重塑、文化浸润、虚实相生和制度支撑等方面进行引导,孕育典型故事穿透力,激活传统文化生命力,增强育人方式感染力,提升育人机制辐射力,以此超越雷锋精神培育的文化困境,提升雷锋精神培育的实效性。The Lei Feng Spirit serves as a powerful spiritual support in the New Era,and its cultivation holds cul-tural inheritance value for the spiritual genealogy of Chinese Communists,educational guidance value for the youth and motivational value for the construction of spiritual civilization.However,cultivating Lei Feng Spirit in the New Era faces multiple cultural predicaments,such as spiritual nihilism,crises of trust and value conflicts.It is necessary to guide the cultivation through value reconstruction,cultural immersion,the interdependence of the virtual and the real,and institutional support.Such approaches as stimulating the penetrating exemplary stories,activating the vitality of traditional culture,enhancing the appeal of educational methods and improving the reach of educational mechanisms can be employed to break the cultural predicaments to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating the Lei Feng Spirit.
