成都世界科幻大会病媒生物监测及防制效果评估

摘　　要：目的 掌握成都世界科幻大会场馆及接待酒店的病媒生物侵害情况,针对存在的问题及时采取病媒防制措施,保障大会病媒安全并分析总结病媒防制经验,为重大活动保障提供参考。方法 在成都世界科幻大会举办前期,于2023年9—10月对涉及的1个场馆和5家接待酒店开展3轮病媒生物密度监测以及病媒防制效果评估,分析各场所蜚蠊、蝇、鼠、蚊侵害情况以及防制效果。结果 3轮病媒生物密度监测显示,6个场所的总体蜚蠊粘捕率、蟑迹阳性率、成蝇侵害率均呈显著下降趋势(蜚蠊粘捕率分别为1.74%、0.97%、0.24%;蟑迹阳性率分别为5.15%、2.63%、0.39%;成蝇侵害率分别为3.76%、1.47%、0.00%;P<0.05);所有场所均未捕获到鼠类,室内未查见鼠迹;6个场所的总体诱蚊灯蚊密度、停落指数及路径指数呈现下降趋势;病媒防制效果评估显示,所有场所蚊虫达到密度控制水平A级,蝇及蜚蠊达到密度控制水平B级,酒店A和酒店E鼠类密度控制水平仅达到C级,其余场所鼠类密度控制水平达到B级。结论 随着时间不断推进,成都世界科幻大会场馆及接待酒店病媒防制效果持续改善;开展病媒生物密度监测和防制效果评估,可为病媒防制提供科学依据以及客观反映病媒防制成效。Objective To learn the vector invasion status at the venues and reception hotels involved in the Chengdu World Science Fiction Convention,take timely vector control measures to ensure the vector-borne safety at the convention,so as to summarize the experience and provide effective reference for the future major events.Methods Prior to the Chengdu World Science Fiction Convention,In September and October 2023,three rounds of vector density monitoring and vector control effectiveness assessment were conducted at one main venue and five reception hotels involved.The analysis focused on the infestation and control effects of cockroaches,flies,mice and mosquitoes at each location.Results Three rounds of density monitoring showed that the overall cockroach trapping rate,cockroach trace positivity rate,and adult flies invasion rate in six locations showed a significant declining trend(cockroach trapping rate:1.74%,0.97%,0.24%,cockroach trace positivity rate:5.15%,2.63%,0.39%,adult flies invasion rate:3.76%,1.47%,0.00%,P<0.05).No mice were captured at all locations,and no traces of mice were found indoors.The overall mosquito trap lamp mosquito density,landing index,and path index in six locations showed declining trend.The evaluation of vector control effectiveness showed that the density control of mosquitoes in all locations had reached level A,flies and cockroaches had reached level B,mice in hotel A and hotel E had only reached level C,while the density control level for mice in other locations had reached level B.Conclusion As time goes on,the vector prevention and control effects of the venue and reception hotels of the Chengdu World Science Fiction Convention continue to improve.Conducting monitoring of vector density and evaluation of control effectiveness can provide scientific basis for vector control and objectively reflect the effectiveness of vector control.
