摘  要:目的 分析2015—2018年四川省登革热媒介白纹伊蚊生态习性,为科学精准防控提供依据。方法 用布雷图指数法(BI)和帐诱指数法描述幼蚊密度和成蚊密度,用卡方检验、t检验和方差分析进行不同年度、月份、生境间的差异性分析。结果 2015—2018年平均BI为8.5,平均帐诱指数为2.37只/(帐·h),各月份间BI(χ^(2)=1 384.314,P<0.001)、帐诱指数(F=3.911,P=0.007)差异均有统计学意义,峰值出现在6—9月。2015年幼蚊密度(P<0.05)、帐诱指数(F=7.360,P=0.001)显著高于其他年度。不同生境间CI差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1 449.883,P<0.001),闲置容器、废旧轮胎和其他水体显著偏高,绿化带小积水显著偏低。不同生境帐诱指数差异没有统计学意义(t=0.141,P=0.889)。结论 四川省白纹伊蚊密度较高,登革热传播和暴发风险较大,需加强蚊虫孳生地治理,精准防控。Objective To analyze the ecological distribution of dengue vector Aedes albopictus in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2018,so as to provide a scientific basis for preciseprevention and control.Methods The methods of Breleau index(BI)was used for larval density,while the double layer net trap for adult aedes density.Chi-square test,t-test and ANOVA were used for variability analysis among different years,months,and habitats.Results The average BI was 8.5 and the average net trap index was 2.37,from 2015 to 2018.Differences in BI(χ^(2)=1384.314,P<0.001)and net trap index(F=3.911,P=0.007)among months were statistically significant,peaked from June to September.Larval density(P<0.05)and net trap index(F=7.360,P=0.001)were significantly higher in 2015 than in other years.The variability of CI among different habitats was statistically significant(χ^(2)=1449.883,P<0.001),significantly higher in idle containers,waste tires,and other waters,and significantly lower in green belts ponding.The variability of net trap index between different habitats was not statistically significant(t=0.141,P=0.889).Conclusion Ae.albopictus has a relatively high density,suggesting a high risk of transmission and outbreak of dengue fever in Sichuan Province.Eliminating mosquito breeding sites should be strengthened to precise prevention and control.
