摘 要:基于云南盈江昔马镇高山红米种植区土壤和红米稻谷中有益、有害元素含量调查评价。结果表明,红米种植区土壤养分含量丰富,重金属元素含量低,大部分土壤硒含量高,符合天然绿色富硒土地划定标准;红米稻谷中重金属含量均远低于食品中污染物限量标准值,有7件红米硒含量达富硒稻谷标准,为安全富硒稻谷。建议当地政府重视和利用好天然富硒土地资源,打造安全富硒高山红米,为当地乡村振兴发展提供动力。The investigation and evaluation results of the beneficial and harmful element content in the soil and red rice grains from the alpine red rice planting area in Xima Town,Yingjiang,County,Yunnan Province show that the soil in the red rice planting area is rich in nutrients,with low heavy metal element content,and most of the soil has high selenium content,which meets the natural green selenium-rich land classification standards.The heavy metal content in red rice is far below the limit value of pollutants in food.The selenium content in seven red rice samples reach the standard of selenium-rich rice,making them safe selenium-rich rice.It is recommended that the local government attach importance to and make good use of natural selenium-rich land resources,create safe selenium-rich alpine red rice,and provide impetus for the revitalization and development of local rural areas.
