摘　　要：目的 探讨应用多学科协作诊疗模式实现超快通道患儿日间手术安全性及可行性。方法 将16132例完成日间手术的患儿中实现多学科协作诊疗模式,实现超快通道日间手术的8148例设为观察组,完成常规日间手术7984例设为对照组,对比分析2组患儿住院时间、术后不良反应及并发症、非计划再就诊率、家属满意度。结果 超快通道日间手术与常规日间手术对比,住院时间及家属满意度均优于常规日间手术组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),术后不良反应、非计划再就诊率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 多学科协作模式下的超快通道日间手术可缩短患儿住院时间,提高患儿家长满意度,未增加不良反应和非计划就诊率,超快通道日间手术安全可行。Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of using multidisciplinary team mode to achieve ultra-fast channel pediatric day surgery.Methods Among 16132 children who completed day surgery,8148 patients who achieved multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment mode and ultra-fast channel day surgery were set as the observation group,and 7951 patients who completed routine day surgery were set as the control group.The length of hospital stay,postoperative adverse reactions and complications,unplanned re-visit rate and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The length of hospital stay and family satisfaction were better in ultra-fast channel day surgery group than those in the routine day surgery group(P<0.001),and there was no statistical significance in the rate of postoperative adverse reactions and unplanned re-visits(P>0.05).Conclusions Ultra-fast channel day surgery under multidisciplinary cooperation mode can shorten the hospital stay of children,improve the satisfaction of parents,and do not increase the rate of adverse reactions and unplanned visits.Ultrafast channel day surgery is safe and feasible.
