摘　　要：目的 调查本地单采血小板献血员的血清铁蛋白水平,关爱献血员健康,提供更好的献血服务。方法 对保山地区近两年424例单采血小板献血员进行铁蛋白检测,按献血频次、性别、年龄分析血小板单采对铁蛋白的影响情况。结果 424例样本中铁蛋白低值率为:12.3%。其中男性:13.1%,女性:9.1%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),25~49岁年龄组和>50岁年龄组铁蛋白低值率高于18~24岁年龄组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),单采血小板献血员铁蛋白低值率随年龄和献血频次增加呈上升趋势。结论 男性年内多次单采血小板献血人群中低铁蛋白率增高明显,应引起采供血机构和献血员重视。Objective To investigate the serum ferritin level of local apheresis platelet donors,care for the health of blood donors,and provide better blood donation services.Methods Ferritin was detected among 424 apheresis donors in Baoshan area in recent two years.The influence of apheresis on ferritin was analyzed by frequency of blood donation,sex and age.Results The rate of low ferritin in 424 samples was 12.3%(male:13.1%,female:9.1%),the difference between the two was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The rate of low ferritin in 25~49 age group and 50 years old above group was higher than that in 18~24 age group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The low value rate of ferritin in apheresis platelet donors increased with the increase of age and frequency of blood donation.Conclusions The rate of low ferritin in male blood donors with multiple platelet collection is increased obviously,which should be paid attention to by blood collection institutions and blood donors.
