生态农业高质量发展的金融支持研究——以安徽省为例

摘　　要：为了推动农业可持续发展、提高农业产业效益和农民收入,实现生态、经济和社会效益的统一,以安徽省“一圈五区”为例,分析生态农业高质量发展的金融支持。依据安徽省“一圈五区”近五年的金融支持生态农业发展的数据,得知在生态农业发展过程中金融支持的水平较低,存在较大不足,并确定引起该结果的主要原因。基于此,依据金融支持和生态农业发展之间的影响及关联,从促使生态农业生产化龙头企业的发展、扩大金融供给来源、构建生态农业发展金融管理以及监督机制、完善农村征信体系建设,对“一圈五区”中产业、资金、政策等方面提出改善建议,为实现金融支持和生态农业发展两者间的良性发展提供参考依据。In order to promote the sustainable development of agriculture,improve the efficiency of agricultural industry and farmers'income,and realize the unity of ecological,economic and social benefits,this paper takes"one circle and five districts"in Anhui Province as an example to analyze the financial support for the high-quality development of ecological agriculture.According to the data of financial support for the development of ecological agriculture in Anhui Province in the past five years,it is found that the level of financial support in the process of ecological agriculture development is low,and there are great deficiencies,and the main reasons for the results are determined.Based on this,according to the influence and correlation between financial support and the development of ecological agriculture,from promoting the development of leading enterprises in the production of ecological agriculture,expanding the source of financial supply,constructing the financial management and supervision mechanism of ecological agriculture development,and improving the construction of rural credit system,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of industry,capital and policy in"one circle and five districts",so as to provide reference for the benign development of financial support and ecological agriculture development.
