十四烷二酸共聚改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的流变及可纺性研究

摘  要:利用毛细管流变仪研究了改性单体十四烷二酸添加量对共聚改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)流变性能的影响。考察了共聚酯表观黏度(ηa)、黏流活化能(Eη)和非牛顿指数(n)与剪切温度及剪切速率的关系,并研究了不同共聚酯的熔融纺丝性能。结果表明:共聚酯属于典型的假塑性非牛顿流体,ηa和Eη随十四烷二酸添加量的增加而下降。随着温度升高,非牛顿指数n值变大,在270、275、280℃时共聚酯n值均略低于空白PET;在285℃,十四烷二酸添加量为4%的共聚酯n值与空白PET相当。共聚酯的结构黏度指数(Δη)随着温度的升高而下降,在285℃时,十四烷二酸添加量为4%的共聚酯与空白PET的Δη值相当。随着十四烷二酸添加量增加,组件压力下降,纺丝机负荷下降。与常规聚酯相对比,十四烷二酸改性共聚酯纤维基本能够符合服用纤维的强伸性能指标,表现出较好的可纺性,并且纤维的柔软程度得到一定提升。Using a capillary rheometer,the impact of adding modified monomer tetradecanedioic acid on the rheological characteristics of modified polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was investigated.The investigation encompassed studying the impact of temperature and shear rate on the apparent viscosity(ηa)of copolyesters,as well as the viscous flow activation energy(Eη).Additionally,the study examined the influence of non Newtonian index(n)on the melt spinning performance of the copolyester UDY-DT method and the process route.The findings demonstrated that copolyesters were typical pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluids,withηa and Eηdecreasing with increasing tetradecanedioic acid concentration.The n value rised with temperature,and at 270,275,and 280℃,the n value of copolyesters was marginally lower than that of blank PET.The n value of a copolyester containing 4%tetradecanedioic acid was equal to that of a blank PET at 285℃.The structure viscosity index(Δη)of copolyesters decreased with increasing temperature.The copolyester containing 4%tetradecanedioic acid and blank PETΔηwas heated to 285℃.Right now,the spinnability is good and the value is equivalent.Component pressure and spinning machine load both drop with increasing tetradecanedioic acid concentration.Tetradecanedioic acid modified copolyester fibers exhibit good spinnability,can nearly match wearable fiber performance indicators for strength and elongation,and have somewhat increased softness when compared to conventional polyester.
