摘　　要：水库作为综合利用资源的关键基础设施,在保障防洪安全的前提下,通过适度抬高兴利水位、提升多年调节功能,可实现雨洪资源的有效利用。文章论述了杨家横水库增容建设内容,并对增容后效益进行了分析,可为类似工程提供借鉴。As a key infrastructure for comprehensive utilization of resources,reservoirs can realize more effective utilization of stormwater resources by moderately raising the water level and improving the multi-year regulation function under the premise of ensuring flood control safety.This paper discusses the content of capacity increase construction of Yang Jiaheng Reservoir,and analyzes the benefit after capacity increase,which can provide reference for similar projects.
