数字孪生在小清河流域防汛管理中的应用

摘　　要：以小清河(济南段)为例,介绍了当前流域防汛管理中所面临的诸多问题,以及如何通过数字孪生提高流域防洪安全,探索智慧水利建设的技术和方法,科学有效进行调度和防范,对流域防汛管理有一定的参考价值。Taking Xiaoqing River(Jinan section)as an example,this paper introduces many problems in current flood control management of river basin.For how to improve flood control safety of river basin through digital twins,it explores the technology and method of intelligent water conservancy construction,that is scientific and effective dispatch and prevention,which has reference value for flood control management of river basin.
