摘　　要：分析黄河下游引黄供水管理存在的问题及原因,并建立科学合理的水价体系,完善水费征收各项规章制度;拓展供水产业链条,提高非农业用水所占比例等方面提出合理建议。In the paper,it analyzes the problems and causes of water supply management in the lower reaches of the Yellow River,establishes a scientific and reasonable water price system,and improves the rules and regulations of water charge collection.Reasonable suggestions are put forward in expanding the industrial chain of water supply and increasing the proportion of non-agricultural water use.
