摘　　要：随着高龄孕产妇比例的逐年上升,妊娠相关风险日益凸显。为提升我国高龄妇女的孕期管理水平,中华医学会围产医学分会联合中华医学会妇产科学分会产科学组结合国内外已经发表的高龄孕产妇相关研究证据和共识,经过国内专家多次的深入讨论,共同制定了“高龄妇女孕期管理专家共识”。本共识包括了高龄孕妇的定义、孕前准备、产前诊断、围产期并发症防治、终止妊娠的时机和方式以及围分娩期管理等关键问题,旨在为产科医师提供规范化的高龄孕产妇管理指南,进而提升高龄孕产妇的母婴保健水平。With the yearly increase in the proportion of pregnant women of advanced maternal age,the associated pregnancy risks have also become more prominent.In an effort to improve the management of pregnancy in this population within our country,the Society of Perinatal Medicine,Chinese Medical Association and the Obstetrics Subgroup,Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Chinese Medical Association combined already published research evidence and consensus on advanced-maternal-age pregnancy from both domestic and international sources.After several in-depth discussions among experts in China,an expert consensus on pregnancy management in pregnant women at advanced maternal age was formulated.This consensus covers vital issues such as the definition of pregnancy at advanced maternal age,pre-pregnancy preparation,prenatal diagnosis,prevention and treatment of perinatal complications in women with advanced maternal age,as well as the timing and methods for terminating a pregnancy and management during the peripartum period,aiming to provide obstetricians with standardized guidelines for the management of pregnancies at advanced maternal age,thereby enhancing the level of maternal and infant healthcare in this population.
