摘  要:将8份南美种质与6份西南地区有代表性的自交系组配成48份顶交种,进行一年三点的联合鉴定试验,评估8份供体材料的育种潜力。结果表明,[Sh5-1×(Tuxpeno×comiteco)⊗⊗]×Sh5-1(L1)、(墨白94×Sh5-1)×Sh5-1(L4)、墨白94群体(L7)在我国西南地区产量GCA效应值较高,对增加西南地区玉米产量有一定育种潜力。结果还表明,L1在降低收获期含水量和穗位高方面具有一定潜力,L4、L7在改善株型、降低收获期含水量和缩短生育期方面均具有一定潜力。Eight South American germplasm were combined with 6 representative Southwestern inbred lines to produce 48 top-cross hybrids,and a joint identification test was conducted at three points a year to evaluate the breeding potential of eight donor materials.The identified populations[Sh5-1×(Tuxpeno×comiteco)⊗⊗]×Sh5-1(L1),(Mobai94×Sh5-1)×Sh5-1(L4),Mobai94 population(L7)have higher GCA effect value in the yield of Southwest China,which has certain breeding potential for increasing the yield of maize in this region.Specifically,L1 has certain potential in reducing water content and ear height at harvest stage,while L4 and L7 have certain potential in improving plant type,reducing water content at harvest stage and shortening growth period.
