摘 要:为了实现双组份复合涂层的自动化混合搅拌,提高混合均匀程度,基于离散元法对复合涂层混合挤出螺杆进行结构对比分析。建立了3种双组份复合涂层混合挤出螺杆结构模型,然后通过EDEM对3种螺杆结构内双组份涂料颗粒的混合程度进行了离散元分析,通过仿真分析得到3种螺杆结构中复合涂料的连续性、流动性和混合度,对仿真结果对比分析发现在同等条件下,销钉螺杆结构中复合涂料的连续性、流动性和混合度最好。最后,对销钉螺杆结构进行实验分析并与手工搅拌试样进行数据对比,通过实验数据发现销钉螺杆结构制作的试样力学性能优于手工搅拌的试样,验证了仿真分析的正确性。In order to realize the automatic mixing and stirring of two-component composite coating and improve the mixing uniformity,the structure of composite coating mixing extrusion screw is compared and analyzed based on discrete element method.Firstly,three kinds of two-component composite coating mixed extrusion screw structure models are established,and then the mixing degree of two-component coating particles in the three screw structures is analyzed by discrete element analysis through EDEM.The continuity,fluidity and mixing degree of the composite coating in the three screw structures are obtained through simulation analysis.The comparative analysis of the simulation results shows that under the same conditions,The continuity,fluidity and mixing degree of the composite coating are the best in the pin screw structure.Finally,the pin screw structure is experimentally analyzed and compared with the manually stirred sample.Through the experimental data,it is found that the mechanical properties of the sample made of the pin screw structure are better than those of the manually stirred sample,which verifies the correctness of the simulation analysis.Through this analysis and research,it provides technical support for the structural design and manufacturing of the subsequent mixing extrusion device.
