海派陈氏妇科学术思想及临证经验撷要

摘　　要：海派陈氏妇科享誉沪上百年,对妇科常见病、疑难病等的治疗颇具特色,疗效卓著。其学术思想主张以固护患者元气为本,以调治妇人血分为要,且对杂病以调肝为中心;临证用药味少量轻,重视炮制、配伍和服法,并提倡药疗、食疗结合。通过列举不孕症、子宫内膜异位症、慢性盆腔炎、多囊卵巢综合征等妇科临床常见病的辨治经验,予以进一步阐述。Shanghai Chen's gynecology department has enjoyed a good reputation in Shanghai for more than 100 years,and its treatment on common and difficult gynecological diseases is quite distinctive and effective.Its academic thought advocates to strengthen the patient's primordial qi as the base,to regulate the blood of women as the key,and to regulate the liver as the center on miscellaneous diseases.Its clinical medication has a small amount and less dose,attaches importance to processing,compatibility and taking methods,and advocates the combination of medicine and food therapy.It is further expounded through enumerating the treatment experience on common gynecological clinical diseases such as infertility,endometriosis,chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and polycystic ovary syndrome.
