摘　　要：哈内克的“新社会主义”是在拉美“21世纪社会主义”运动实践中发展起来的社会主义理论模型。哈内克“新社会主义”理论包括建设包容性的“新左翼”作为革命领导力量、建设团结多元的“新领导文化”、通过发展面向全体民众的“大众运动”实现新社会主义“新路径”等。“新社会主义”不仅诠释了委内瑞拉“21世纪社会主义”的基本经验,而且它是面向整个拉美乃至全世界范围思考社会主义革命运动的理论成果。正是在这一意义上,它为国际共产主义运动理论宝库注入了新鲜养分和宝贵的财富。Harnecker's"New Socialism"is a socialist theoretical model that has developed within the practice of the Latin American"21st Century Socialism"movement.Hanieck's theory of"New Socialism"includes the construction of an inclusive"New Left"as the revolutionary leadership force,construction a"new leadership culture"of solidarity and diversity,and development of a"Mass Movement"oriented towards the entire population as a"New Path"to achieve new socialism.Formed within the practice of socialism in Latin America,the"New Socialism"not only interprets the basic experiences of Venezuelan"21st Century Socialism",but also serves as a theoretical achievement for the socialist revolutionary movement in the whole of Latin America and even the world.It is in this sense that it has injected fresh nutrients and valuable wealth into the theoretical treasure-house of the international communist movement.
