摘 要:针对等离子点火试验研究时间资源花费大的缺点,对不同煤粉浓度下大功率等离子点火过程以及锅炉中的燃烧过程进行数值模拟,预测燃用低挥发分煤种时等离子点火器及锅炉中的流场、温度及组分分布情况,并分析了煤粉浓度对等离子点火成功率的影响。结果表明:当煤粉浓度过低时,等离子点火不稳定甚至失败;当煤粉浓度足够高时,等离子点火能够稳定引燃煤粉;该模拟结果对等离子点火在低挥发分煤种的应用具有重要的工程指导意义。Aiming at the shortcomings of large time and resource consumption in experimental research of plasma ignition,the numerical simulation was adopted to study the high-power plasma ignition process and the combustion process in the boiler under different pulverized coal concentrations.The simulation predicted the flow field,temperature,and distribution of components in the plasma igniter and the boiler when using low volatile coals.The influence of pulverized coal concentration on the success rate of plasma ignition was analyzed.With low concentration of pulverized coal,the plasma ignition is unstable or even fails;with high enough concentration of pulverized coal,the plasma ignition can ignite the pulverized coal stably.The simulation results are of great engineering guidance significance for the application of the plasma ignition in the low volatile coal combustion.
