摘 要:在无取向硅钢连退炉和取向硅钢连退炉中,为避免发生磁时效现象,需要对带钢进行脱碳,而加湿系统的性能则对脱碳工艺的效率起着关键作用。本文梳理了3种加湿方式,对比结果表明,填料函降膜加湿工艺更适合于硅钢连退炉的加湿需求。重点阐述了降膜加湿工艺的原理,整理了热水喷淋量和水蒸气蒸发量的计算公式。通过分析公式并结合现场实践,对影响加湿系统露点的主要因素进行分析,为今后精准控制炉内气氛的露点提供了依据。In both non-oriented and oriented silicon steel continuous annealing furnaces,to avoid the occurrence of magnetic aging,decarburization of strip steel is required,and the performance of humidification system plays a crucial role in the efficiency of decarburization process.Three humidification methods are summarized and compared.The results show that the packing box falling film humidification process is more suitable for the humidification needs of silicon steel continuous annealing furnaces.The principle of falling film humidification process is emphasized,and the calculation formulas for hot water spray rate and water vapor evaporation rate are organized.By analyzing formulas and combining with onsite practice,the main factors affecting the dew point of the humidification system are analyzed.It provides a basis for precise control of the dew point of the furnace atmosphere in the future.
