摘 要:氨法脱硫工艺作为锅炉烟气湿法脱硫的主要方法之一,其运行时的烟气阻力对锅炉的经济运行和引风机的运行能耗有着重要影响。以实际项目为例,对脱硫塔本体和烟道系统两个方面的阻力进行了现场测量,并进行数据分析,结果表明:氨法脱硫系统的烟气阻力主要来源为脱硫塔内的填料、塔盘、除沫器,烟道上的烟气三通汇合点、挡板门、出口锥段。基于此提出了针对性优化措施以降低脱硫系统阻力,这对锅炉的经济运行具有重要意义。As one of the main methods for wet flue gas desulfurization in boilers,the ammonia desulfurization process has a significant impact on the economic operation of boilers and the energy consumption of induced draft fans due to its flue gas resistance during operation.Taking an actual project as an example,on-site measurements were conducted on the resistance of the desulfurization tower body and flue system.Through data analysis,it was found that the main sources of flue gas resistance in the ammonia desulfurization system are the packing,tray,and defoamer inside the desulfurization tower,as well as the junction point of the flue gas three-way,baffle door,and outlet cone section on the flue.Based on this,targeted optimization measures were proposed to reduce the resistance of the desulfurization system,which is of great significance for the economic operation of the boiler.
