摘  要:针对目前辊道窑降温区产品释放出的大量余热很少进行有效利用的问题,提出了直抽式和间接换热式两种余热利用结构。介绍了两种结构的工作原理和余热净收益量计算方法,并对其实际余热净收益量进行了计算及对比分析。计算和应用实例结果表明:间接换热余热利用结构具有更高的余热净收益效果以及实际应用价值。In response to the problem that the large amount of waste heat released by the cooling zone products of the roller kiln is rarely effectively utilized,two types of waste heat utilization structures,which are direct extraction and indirect heat exchange,are proposed.The working principles and the calculation methods for the net revenue from waste heat of the two structures are introduced.The actual net revenue from waste heat of the two structures is calculated and compared and analyzed.The results of calculations and application examples indicate that the utilization structure of indirect heat exchange for waste heat has a higher net profit effect on waste heat and practical application value.
