摘  要:针对钢包一次包龄低的问题,通过对钢包各部位砖型损毁机理进行分析,提出了一系列改进措施,包括:钢包各部位耐材材质优化;钢包重点部位砌筑防护;使用高性能、长寿命透气砖;优化钢包周转节奏等,并在120 t精炼钢包中进行实践验证。结果表明:通过以上改进措施,钢包平均一次包龄由之前的42.35炉提高到62.77炉,最高包龄达到了72炉,耐材和钢包投入成本大幅下降,且对生产组织稳定运行起到了极大的促进作用。Aiming at the issue of low primary ladle age,through analyzing the mechanism of brick type damage in various parts of the ladle,a series of improvement measures have been proposed,such as optimizing the refractory materials in various parts of the ladle,laying protective measures in key parts of the ladle,using high-performance and long-life breathable bricks,and optimizing the turnover rhythm of the ladle,etc.The practical verification was carried out in a 120 t refining ladle.The practical results show that through the above improvement measures,the average primary age of the ladle has been increased from 42.35 heats to 62.77 heats,with the highest ladle age reaching 72 heats.The cost of refractory materials and ladle investment has significantly decreased,and it has greatly promoted the stable operation of production organization.
