摘　　要：叙述了一种求解螺杆压缩机转子型线几何参数的方法。基于解析包络法分别列出阴、阳转子型线对应的曲线参数方程。对方程所需的几何参数一一求解。有些参数由于求解过程复杂,在没有专业的数学计算软件帮助下,利用excel对其求解。最后求得满足设计需求的几何参数。This paper relates an idea on how to solve the geometric parameters of a twin-screw compressor rotor profile.The parameter equations of female and male rotor profile can be given respectively based on envelope meshing condition.Due to the complexity of the solving process,all related geometric parameters needed could be figured out without any mathematical computing program by using the Excel.Finally,the geometric parameters that meet the design requirements are obtained.
