凝析油加氢装置离心压缩机组运行故障分析及解决措施

摘　　要：EB45-8离心压缩机组是为500 a/t凝析油加氢装置配置的汽拖压缩机组,它由EB45-8离心压缩机、汽轮机组成,机组的布置形式为:EB45-8压缩机+汽轮机。该机组在空载联合试车时汽轮机排缸温度过高及在运行中存在汽轮机非驱动端径向轴瓦温度无规律温升波动,润滑油站底部含水等问题。通过对上述3个问题的分析,提出了相应的解决措施,通过增加喷淋管路,调整汽轮机非驱动端轴瓦间隙及增加刮油槽措施,在汽轮机轴承箱增加气封冲氮装置措施彻底解决了机组的问题,提高了离心压缩机组的可靠性,确保设备的长周期运行。The EB45-8 centrifugal compressor unit is a steam driven compressor unit configured for a 5 million ton per year condensate hydrogenation unit.It consists of an EB45-8 centrifugal compressor and a steam turbine,and the layout of the unit is EB45-8 compressor and steam turbine.During the load-free joint test of the unit,the exhaust cylinder temperature of the turbine was too high,and there were irregular temperature fluctuations in the radial bearing of the non drive end of the turbine during operation,as well as water content at the bottom of lubricating oil station.This paper analyzed the above three problems and proposed corresponding solutions.By adding spray pipelines,adjusting the clearance between the non drive end bearings of the steam turbine,and adding oil scraping grooves,the addition of an air seal nitrogen flushing device in the bearing box of steam turbine has completely solved the problems of the unit,which has improved the reliability of centrifugal compressor unit,and ensured the long-term operation of the equipment.
