接骨续筋汤治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究接骨续筋汤治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的效果。方法:选取苏州市中西医结合医院2021年6月—2022年6月收治的100例老年股骨转子间骨折的患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组接受股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定联合接骨续筋汤治疗,对照组单纯使用PFNA内固定治疗,比较两组治疗1个月后的手术指标、骨痂形成及骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况和术后6个月的髋关节功能评分等。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组术后引流量及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组骨痂形成时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总体并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。术后6个月,观察组髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:接骨续筋汤治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的效果较好,能够明显改善患者手术指标和髋关节功能,缩短患者骨痂形成及骨折愈合时间,降低术后并发症的发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of Jiegu Xujin decoction(JXD)on senile intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:A hundred elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)combined with JXD,while the control group was treated with PFNA alone.The surgical indexes,the time of callus formation and fracture healing,the occurrence of complications,and the hip function score 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the postoperative drainage volume and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of callus formation and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the hip function score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiegu Xujin decoction has a good effect on the treatment of elderly intertrochanteric femoral fracture,which can significantly improve the surgical indexes and hip joint function,shorten the time of callus formation and fracture healing,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
