摘　　要：贵州省作为中国辣椒的重要产区之一,其辣椒“两带五区”产业链布局具备巨大的发展潜力和竞争优势。然而,目前贵州辣椒产业链在上游、中游和下游各环节存在系列问题。在上游方面,辣椒育种技术相对滞后,研发不足,导致品种更新缓慢,限制了辣椒产业的发展。在中游方面,辣椒种植地分散、基地规模小,种植技术水平相对较低,缺乏规范化的种植管理和技术指导,影响了贵州辣椒的产量和品质。在下游方面,辣椒产业链的批发环节主要还是以传统的产地采购和批发市场交易为主,缺乏更加完善和高效的电子商务及供应链管理手段。基于此,促进贵州辣椒产业链的发展,需采取以下措施:第一,推动标准化生产,加强辣椒集约化管理,实现种植和生产规模化。通过引进先进的种植技术、育种技术和种苗技术,提升辣椒的产量和质量,推动辣椒产业链的升级和转型。第二,加强种植技术培训和推广,提高种植主体的技术素养,促进辣椒产业可持续发展,同时完善辣椒产业链发展,推动电子商务和供应链管理的应用,提高批发环节的效率和透明度。第三,加强品牌建设,提升贵州辣椒的知名度和竞争力,增加附加值和市场份额。Guizhou province is one of the most significant pepper producing areas in China,and its pepper industrial chain layout of"two zones and five districts"has the great potential for development and competitive advantages.Nonetheless,currently,there are a series of problems in various links of the upper reaches,middle reaches and down reaches of Guizhou pepper industry chain.In the upper reaches,the pepper breeding technology is relatively backward and research is deficient,leading to the slow renewal of variety and restricting the development of the pepper industry.In the middle reaches,the planting area of pepper is scattered,the scale of base is small,the planting technology level is relatively low,and there is a lack of standardized planting management and technical guidance,which has influenced the yield and quality of Guizhou pepper.In the down reaches,the wholesale link of the pepper industry chain is dominated by the traditional production place procurement and wholesale market transactions,and there is the lack of more perfect and efficient e-commerce and supply chain management means.Based on this,to promote the development of Guizhou pepper industrial chain,some measures should be adopted.Firstly,it is essential to boost standardized production,enhance intensive management of pepper,and realize scale planting and production.In addition,advanced planting technology,breeding technique and seedling technology can be introduced to improve the yield and quality of pepper,and drive the upgrading and transformation of the pepper industry chain.Secondly,it is important to strengthen the training and promotion of planting technology,improve the technical literacy of planting subjects,and propel the sustainable development of pepper industry.Meanwhile,the pepper industry chain development should be improved to promote the application of e-commerce and supply chain management,and lift the efficiency and transparency of the wholesale link.Thirdly,it is necessary to reinforce brand construction,improve the popularity a
