摘 要:为了给临床防治毛皮动物疾病提供研究思路和方向,试验对常见的狐、貉、貂等毛皮动物相关研究文献进行分析,梳理当前毛皮动物生产中常见致病菌及其耐药情况的研究现状和热点,运用CiteSpace文献可视化分析软件对符合纳入标准的175篇文献进行可视化分析,并绘制可视化图谱。结果表明:2000—2023年毛皮动物致病菌耐药性相关文献发文量整体呈上升趋势,2019年发表文献最多,共34篇,涉及的期刊主要集中在兽医及畜牧领域。河北科技师范学院发文量远多于其他机构,共43篇,史秋梅在该领域发文量最多,为32篇,机构合作密度低于作者合作密度。耐药性、水貂、大肠杆菌和分离鉴定等关键词出现频率高;水貂、耐药性、葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、耐药基因和蓝狐等聚类簇是当前研究热点。说明致病菌的分离鉴定与耐药性现状始终是毛皮动物研究的热点。To order to provide research ideas and directions for clinical prevention and treatment of fur-bearing animal diseases,the literature on common fur-bearing animals such as fox,raccoon dog and mink was analyzed in this study,and the current research status and hotspots of common pathogens and drug resistance of fur-bearing animals were sorted out.The CiteSpace literature visualization analysis software was used to visualize the 175 documents that met the inclusion criteria,and the visualization map was drawn.From 2000 to 2023,the number of documents related to drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in fur animals showed an overall increasing trend.In 2019,the most documents were published,with a total of 34 documents,mainly in the field of veterinary medicine and animal husbandry.Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology published far more articles than other institutions,with a total of 43 articles.Shi Qiumei published the most articles in this field,with 32 articles,and the density of institutional cooperation was lower than that of author cooperation.Drug resistance,mink,Escherichia coli and isolation and identification were the keywords with high frequency.The clusters of mink,drug resistance,Staphylococcus,pseudomonas aeruginosa,drug resistance genes and blue fox was the focus of current research.The results indicated that the isolation,identification and drug resistance status of pathogenic bacteria had always been the focus of fur animal research.
