摘　　要：随着城镇化步伐的不断加快,建筑日照分析作为城市规划中的关键组成部分,对实现城市可持续发展和提升居民生活品质具有重大意义。良好的建筑布局不仅能够降低家庭照明和取暖的能源需求,还可以减少硬景观带来的环境压力。本文深入探讨建筑日照分析的应用及其在规划过程中的优化方法,通过采用创新的计算工具和多元化的分析手段,做出更合理的规划决策。With the accelerating pace of urbanization,building sunlight analysis,as a key component of urban planning,is of great significance for improving the quality of life of residents and achieving sustainable urban development.A good architectural layout can not only ensure that every household can enjoy sufficient natural light,reduce the energy demand for lighting and heating,but also reduce the environmental pressure caused by hard landscapes.This study delves into the application of building sunlight analysis and its optimization methods in the planning process,and adopts innovative calculation tools and diversified analysis methods to make more reasonable planning decisions.
