摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅速发展,智能科技对住宅小区规划与设计产生了深远影响,但如何有效整合物联网、人工智能和大数据技术仍是一个挑战。基于此,本文深入分析了智能科技在住宅小区设计中的应用,特别是在提升居住舒适度、安全性和环境可持续性方面的作用。通过对智慧和谐小区项目的案例研究,展示智能科技在现代住宅小区规划中的实际应用,以期为创建更高效、和谐、舒适的生活环境提供参考。With the rapid development of information technology,intelligent technology has had profound impact on the planning and design of residential communities.While how to effectively integrate the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence and big data technology is still a challenge.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the application of intelligent technology in the design of residential communities,especially in the role of improving living comfort,safety and environmental sustainability.Through the case study of the intelligent and harmonious community project,this paper shows the practical application of intelligent technology in the planning of modern residential community,in order to provide reference for creating more efficient,harmonious and comfortable living environment.
