摘　　要：随着全球可持续发展的需求增加,绿色办公建筑的设计与评价标准成为建筑领域的重要议题。本文旨在探讨绿色办公建筑评价标准及其性能提升的实践策略,构建了一个全面的性能评价指标体系。结果表明,通过被动与主动设计策略的结合,智能化管理系统及绿色材料的应用,可以显著提升办公建筑的环境性能,以期为绿色办公建筑未来发展提供借鉴。With the increasing demand for global sustainable development,the design and evaluation standards of green office buildings have become an important issue in the building field.This study aims to explore the evaluation standard for green office buildings and practical strategies for improving their performance,so as to construct a comprehensive performance evaluation index system.The results indicate that the combination of passive and active design strategies,the application of intelligent management systems and green materials can significantly improve the environmental performance of office buildings,in order to provide reference for the future development of green office buildings.
