人口变动新趋势背景下区域经济高质量发展研究

摘　　要：区域经济高质量发展是实现中国式现代化目标的重要支撑与本质要求,人口作为经济社会发展的基础性要素,则是区域经济高质量发展的重要驱动力。人口的规模、素质、分布与结构的变化深刻影响区域经济格局的演进。当前,我国正处于人口发展的根本性转折期,长时期内,人口负增长趋势难以逆转,少子老龄化社会形态不断深化,人口健康素质与文化素质不断提升,人口持续向东部沿海地区流动,向城市与城市群地区集聚现象愈发突出,这些人口变动新趋势为我国区域经济的高质量发展带来了新的挑战与机遇。从人口视角深入剖析我国区域经济高质量发展在创新、绿色、协调等层面存在的问题,可以发现,必须不断提升人口素质,优化城市群功能与人口空间布局,积极应对人口老龄化挑战,构建生育友好型社会,促进人才有序流动,以弥补我国人口现代化短板,为区域经济高质量发展提供坚实的人口支撑,推动实现中国式现代化的奋斗目标。The high-quality development of regional economy serves as a crucial support and inherent requirement for achieving the goal of Chinese-style modernization,and population,as a fundamental element of economic and social development,is an important driving force for regional economic growth.Changes in the scale,quality,distribution,and structure of the population profoundly impact the evolution of regional economic patterns.Currently,China is undergoing a fundamental transition in population development,characterized by irreversible negative population growth,deepening of the aging society with lower fertility,and continuous improvements in population health and cultural quality.Additionally,population movements are increasingly concentrated in the eastern coastal regions,urbanization is accelerating,and population agglomeration is becoming more prominent.These new trends in population dynamics present both challenges and opportunities for the high-quality development of China's regional economy.From a population perspective,facing the issues in innovation,greenness,and coordination in the high-quality development of China's regional economy,it is imperative to continuously enhance population quality,optimize the functions of urban agglomerations and population spatial layout,actively respond to the challenges of population aging,establish a fertility-friendly society,and promote orderly talent mobility.These measures aim to make up for the shortcomings in population modernization,providing a solid population foundation for the high-quality development of the regional economy and advancing the pursuit of the goal of Chinese-style modernization.
