摘 要:耳石蕴藏了鱼类个体生活史全过程的信息,是研究鱼类生态学的良好材料。基于WebofScience核心合集数据库,利用文献计量学方法对2000年以来关于鱼类耳石研究的发文量、发文期刊、合作网络、研究热点等进行了分析,并对主要研究方向进行了总结。结果表明:目前对耳石的研究热度总体呈上升趋势;研究性论文主要发表在水产和渔业相关的学术期刊,其次为生态学、生物学等相关期刊;研究国家主要为美国、澳大利亚、日本等发达国家,我国排名第六;以日本东京大学、美国国家海洋与大气管理局、加拿大渔业与海洋部等单位为核心的研究机构建立了良好的合作网络,我国台湾大学也在世界范围内建立了良好合作关系。耳石研究热点方向主要包括:1)基于耳石的年龄与生长;2)耳石微结构及其生态学含义;3)耳石形态特征;4)耳石微化学与稳定同位素分析;5)基于耳石的标记放流。最后,分析了当前耳石研究存在的问题,展望了今后的发展方向:利用元分析(metaanalysis)整合耳石研究成果,可深入解析长期环境变化对鱼类的生态影响,并减少生物参数估计的不确定性;重点关注深海、极地和淡水鱼类的耳石研究,以深入了解鱼类生活史策略的多样性。The study aims to fully understand the research status,advances and future directions of fish otolith through analyzing and summarizing the application of fish otolith using bibliometrics.Bibliometrics was used to analyze the number of publications,journals,cooperation network,research topics of fish otoliths worldwide based on Web of Science core collction since 2000.The results showed that otolith research had been increasingly concerned through the entire survey period.Research papers were mainly published in aquatic and fisheries related academic jourmals,followed by ecology,biology and other related joumnals.The research countries were mainly developed countries such as USA,Australia,Japan,and the ranking of China was the sixth.W orldwide top three authors were GIILANDERS B M,ARAI T and TZENG W N.Top three authors in China were TZENG W N and SHIAO JC and YANG J.Top three research institutes that published the most papers worldwide were University of Tokyo in Japan,National Oceanic and Atmospherie Administration in the USA,and Fisheries and Oceans in Canada.Top three research institutes in China were Taiwan University of China,Academia Sinica,and Chinese Academy of Sciences.Top ranking countries,institutes,And authors established good cooperation relationships.The key words indicated the main fish otolith research topics,including:1)age and growth based on age validation derived from daily or annual otolith rings;2)life history characteristics of fish based on otolith microstructure;3)stock identification and fish diversity research based on otolith morphology;4)fish ecology based on trace elements and stable isotopes of otolith;5)fish release and recapture based on otolith marking.We finally prospect the future direction of fish otolith:1)to explore broader research objectives in fish ecology using otolith information;2)to integrate otolith research results using meta-analysis to further analyze the ecological impact of long-term environmental changes on fish and reduce the uncertainty of biological paramete
