摘  要:为了解决海南昌江黎族自治县昌化江河道淤积严重、排水不畅的问题,选取昌化镇浪炳村至新城村段河道作为研究对象,结合河道现状制定疏浚方案。该方案主要通过绞吸船实现铰刀式疏浚,并建立水上疏浚浮台,对疏浚鹅卵石产物进行破碎,转化为机制砂,有效实现资源回收利用。针对疏浚工程可能造成的环境问题,基于生物、工程、环保措施三个方向建立了河道疏浚环境保护体系,降低生态疏浚过程对周边环境的潜在影响,同时维护生态系统的平衡。该生态疏浚工程的实施有助于促进该河段水生态的良性发展,推动昌化江流域实现生态环境改善和可持续发展的目标。To address the severe siltation and poor drainage issues of the Changhua River in Changjiang Li Autonomous County,Hainan,the section of the river from Langbing Village to Xincheng Village in Changhua Town was selected as the research object.A dredging plan was formulated based on the current status of the river.This plan mainly employed cutter suction ships to implement hinge-cutter dredging,and established a dredging floating platform on the water.It crushed the dredged pebble products,transforming them into manufactured sand,effectively realizing resource reclamation.In view of the potential environmental issues arising from dredging activities,an environmental protection system for river dredging was established based on three directions:biological,engineering,and environmental protection measures.This system aims to mitigate the potential impact of ecological dredging processes on the surrounding environment while simultaneously maintaining the balance of the ecosystem.The implementation of this ecological dredging project contributes to promoting the healthy development of the water ecology in this river section,facilitating the achievement of goals for ecological environment improvement and sustainable development in the Changhua River Basin.
