摘 要:为了对铁路多梁型预制厂建设技术进行研究,以沪通二期铁路高桥预制场为依托,对多梁型产能分析、生产线匹配及场地总体规划等技术进行了研究。总结了铁路箱梁及T梁预制生产各工序的施工效率,基于功效分析了高桥梁场台座合理匹配数量。结合场地外形,合理规划了高桥预制梁场,形成了满足多梁型生产需求的合理梁厂布局。并对信息化管理、自动化生产设备、智能化控制技术的投入与规划进行了分析,实践了铁路多梁型预制厂的智能化建设。In order to study the construction technology of railway multi beam prefabrication plants,based on the high bridge prefabrication plant of the Shanghai Tongzhou Phase II railway,this paper conducts research on the production capacity analysis,production matching,and overall site planning of multi beam prefabrication plants,summarized the construction efficiency of various processes in the prefabrication production of railway box beams and T-beams,and based on efficiency analysis,reasonably matched the number of high bridge beam field pedestals.Based on the appearance of the site,a reasonable plan was made for the high bridge precast beam yard,forming a reasonable beam factory layout that meets the production needs of multiple beam types.And the investment and planning of information management,automated production equipment,and intelligent control technology are analyzed,which practiced the intelligent construction of railway multi beam prefabrication plants.
