摘　　要：对于拥有多个局方证件、多个分公司和维修地点的飞机维修企业,因历史原因旗下各分公司机构设置、管理要求、工作流程和工作标准存在差异。要规范不同体系,不同分公司的维修活动,通过统一的标准促进各生产单位质量部门的自查自纠,进一步解决体系问题,通过线上统一的质量体系文件系统来实现信息共享[1]。开发质量体系文件系统,实现在全公司范围内,做同一项工作,使用同一个流程,同一个标准的目标。而本文中提到的质量体系文件系统建立了基于角色的多地点统一维修管理体系,解决了因证件体系不同、分公司规模不同、机构设置不同导致工作流程和工作标准难以统一、职责履行差异化的难题,开创了飞机维修单位质量体系文件的全新模式。As an aircraft maintenance enterprises with multiple authority certificates,multiple branches and maintenance locations,due to historical reasons,there are differences in the organization,management requirements,work processes and work standards of each branch.It is necessary to standardize the maintenance activities of different systems and branches,promote the self-inspection and self-correction of quality departments of various production units through unified standards,further solve system problems,and realize information sharing through a unified online quality document system[1].A quality documentation system is developed to achieve the goal of doing the same work,using the same process,and using the same standards throughout the company.The quality document system mentioned in this paper establishes a role-based unified maintenance management system for multiple locations,solves the problems that work processes and standards are difficult to unify and responsibilities are performed differently due to different certificate systems,different branches and different organizations,and creates a new model of quality documents for aircraft maintenance companies.
