高速公路桥梁伸缩缝树脂混凝土快速修复施工工艺的研究

摘　　要：由于恶劣的服役条件以及持续的行车荷载作用,桥梁伸缩缝装置存在型钢易疲劳断裂、梳齿板断裂等问题,从而增加了交通事故的风险。同时,橡胶条的老化导致渗水,伸缩缝锚固区混凝土出现破损和开裂等病害。考虑到高速公路车流量较大,为避免干扰交通,修复伸缩缝工作需尽快完成。本文采用固化速度快、抗压能力强、粘结性能出色的超高强度树脂混凝土进行修复,成功应用于G50石渝高速公路新屋嘴中桥。修复后的伸缩缝外观质量高,平整度好,车辆行驶平稳,无颠簸感,噪音低。此外,采用该方法可实现快速修复,缩短工期并提前开放交通,展现了广泛的推广潜力。Due to harsh service conditions and continuous driving loads,bridge expansion joint devices are prone to fatigue fracture of steel sections and fracture of comb plates,thereby increasing the risk of traffic accidents.At the same time,the aging of the rubber strip leads to water seepage,and the concrete in the anchorage area of the expansion joint is damaged and cracked.Considering the high traffic volume on the expressway,in order to avoid interfering with traffic,the repair of expansion joints needs to be completed as soon as possible.This article uses ultra-high strength resin concrete with fast curing speed,strong compressive capacity,and excellent bonding performance for repair,and successfully applies it to the Xinwuzui Middle Bridge of the G50 Shiyu Expressway.The repaired expansion joint has high appearance quality,good flatness,smooth vehicle driving,no bumps,and low noise.In addition,using this method can achieve rapid repair,shorten the construction period,and open up transportation in advance,demonstrating a wide range of promotion potential.
