摘 要:大型火电厂房多数采用独立基础,基坑回填的常规做法为采用每层300mm-500mm回填土+小型碾压机分层碾压,这种做法工序复杂,工期长,并且后期容易出现不均匀沉降的风险。另外在湿陷性黄土地区,常规的碾压很难消除湿陷性,并且承载力也很难达到设计要求。采用高速液压夯实工艺,可一次性回填5m进行夯实,并且能够消除湿陷性,提高地基承载力。通过研究,本文建立了高速液压夯实机的有效加固深度和对碎石土地基单位面积夯击能的规律关系,提出了不同夯实的区域采取不同的夯实控制参数,研究了一种新型夯点布设方式,以满足回填土的夯实要求。Most large thermal power plants use independent foundations,and the conventional method for backfilling the foundation pit is to use 300mm-500mm backfill soil per layer and small roller compaction in layers.This method has a complex process,a long construction period,and is prone to the risk of uneven settlement in the later stage.In addition,in collapsible loess areas,conventional compaction is difficult to eliminate collapsibility,and the bearing capacity is also difficult to meet the design requirements.Using high-speed hydraulic compaction technology,it can backfill 5m at once for compaction,and can eliminate collapsibility and improve the bearing capacity of the foundation.Through research,this article establishes the relationship between the effective reinforcement depth of high-speed hydraulic compactors and the compaction energy per unit area of gravel soil foundation.It proposes different compaction control parameters for different compacted areas and studies a new type of compaction point layout to meet the compaction requirements of backfill soil.
